What are your lease terms?

Our standard lease is for 12 months, then month-to-month thereafter.  Rent is due on the first of each month regardless of move-in date.  If moving in mid-month, first months rent will be pro-rated.

What utilities are included?

Utilities vary property to property.  Owner pays for trash service within the city limits, otherwise, most units require tenants assume responsibility for most utilities.  These specifics can be found at each rental listing.

How do I apply?

We use an online application system.  On the "For Rent" page, please follow the link provided for each vacant unit.
