We purchased our first investment property, a two-unit house, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, in 2001.  And as they say, the rest is history.  Since then, we have continued to invest in rental properties, learning the ins and outs of property ownership and management, and working with various community agencies including the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8), Community Action Partnership (CAP), and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing program (HUD-VASH).  We specialize in single and multi-unit rentals, buy & hold properties, and short-term remodeled homes for resale.  Our team has decades of experience in maintenance work, home construction, home remodeling and design, and works tirelessly to ensure rental properties meet all safety and licensing codes, and sale properties showcase preserved original features while highlighting exciting modern design and desirable amenities.
